Bandage and Roses

In Nigeria, families caring for elderly relatives or children with developmental needs often struggle to find rigorously trained professionals for high-acuity care at home. Bandage & Roses is a specialised care agency that places certified nurses and trained caregivers in the home, with consultation booking, staff recruitment, and The Roses Fund for subsidised access to care.

Bandage & Roses is a specialised home care agency in Nigeria. They place certified nurses and trained caregivers in families' homes for high-acuity care: elderly relatives with chronic conditions, and children with developmental needs. The site also supports consultation booking, staff recruitment, and The Roses Fund, which subsidises access to care for families who cannot afford it.

I built their website on Next.js, deployed to Cloudflare. The main pages cover services across their medical and caregiver streams, training standards, consultation booking, careers, and The Roses Fund donation page.

Most of the backend work was wiring up the forms. Consultation requests, job applications, training registrations, and Roses Fund submissions (donations, encouragement messages, corporate inquiries, family nominations) all land in Google Sheets through Apps Script webhooks. Job applicants upload CVs to Cloudflare R2, and the sheet gets a link rather than a file attachment. When someone books a consultation, a time-based Apps Script trigger picks up new rows and calls a Resend endpoint to send a confirmation email automatically.
